Shareholder Meeting definition

Shareholder Meeting means the meeting of the holders of Shares for the purpose of seeking the Shareholder Approval, including any adjournment thereof.
Shareholder Meeting means an annual general meeting of shareholders or special meeting of shareholders of the Company called for the purpose of electing directors to the board of directors of the Company.
Shareholder Meeting shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.14.

  • The Stockholder hereby irrevocably appoints the Company, and any designee of the Company, as the Stockholder’s attorney-in-fact and proxy (the “Proxy”), with full power of substitution, to vote all Covered Shares beneficially owned by the Stockholder at any Shareholder Meeting, and in any action by written consent of the shareholders of the Company, in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Voting Agreement.
