Balance of Plant. 6.1 The balance of plant equipment shall comply with the applicable IEC specifications.

Balance of Plant. The parties hereto acknowledge that, solely during the pendency of this Agreement, Xxxxx City shall have no obligation to fund the balance of plant construction or improvements which are required or necessary in conjunction with the Pollution Control Improvements and that all other obligations of Xxxxx City, if any, to fund the balance of plant construction or improvements shall be governed by the Operative Documents.

SOMISY shall procure from the consultant nominated by Sypps prior to the date of this Agreement the provision of the re-engineering and redesign of the Existing Facility at Syama and shall procure all shop drawings and other fabrication detail designs to be carried out by the Contractors.

Balance of Plant. The Employer shall be notified in writing by the Union of the names of the Union Executive, Shop Stewards, Safety Committee Members and Grievance Committee Members of the fifteenth 5th) of January and June annually. The Employer agrees to recognize and deal with a Union grievance committee of not more than two (2) Employees plus the Plant Chairman or President of the Union. Shop Stewards and members of the grievance committee shall be Employees who have acquired at least six months seniority with the Employer and shall be Employees who are actively employed by the Employer during the term of their office. Shop Stewards and members of the grievance committee may leave their without loss of pay to attend Union business subject to the conditions below.
Balance of Plant. MORILA shall procure from the consultant nominated by Mopps prior to the date of this Agreement of all shop drawings and other fabrication detail designs to be carried out by the Contractors.
Balance of Plant. For greater certainty, AUDI will be solely responsible for the research, design, development and manufacture of the BOP for AUDI's Vehicular Application Fuel Cell Systems that incorporate any Product or Materials.
Balance of Plant. 3.3. Subject to agreement on separate BOP supply agreements between KFC and FCE, FCE has the option to purchase up to eight (8) units of BOP for FCE’s new MCFC projects within Korea at a price of KRW 2,550,000,000 per unit. FCE shall also have a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable license to use the IP imbedded in the BOP unit in Korea in consideration for a reasonable license fee to be separately agreed by the parties. Detailed terms and conditions of this BOP and related software and firmware supply shall be discussed and agreed in good faith in separate BOP supply agreements.
