Equipment Rental. Copies of rental agreements for the equipment used, including the rental rate; and the number of hours the equipment was used on the project.
Equipment Rental. Costs associated with the rental of tangible personal property having a unit acquisition cost equal to or over one hundred dollars ($100). Equipment must be rented for the sole purpose or usage by the Provider in carrying out the goals and objectives of the 21st Century Community Learning Center program.

Individual Participating States and Participating Entities may enter in to rental agreements for the products covered in the Master Agreements resulting from the RFP, if they have the legal authority to enter into these types of agreements. Responders who wish to participate in rental agreements with these individual states/entities must submit copies of all of their pertinent rental agreements with their responses to this RFP. No additional Terms and Conditions shall apply to any rental agreements. The rental agreements will not be reviewed or evaluated as part of the evaluation process. The agreements will simply be made available to any state or entity who wishes to negotiate a rental agreement with a Contractor. Any additional Terms and Conditions submitted that are specifically for Equipment Rental will not become part of the Master Agreement, but the negotiated Rental T&C’s will be made part of the PA.
