ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Union and the Corporation desires every employee to be familiar with the provision of this Agreement and his rights and duties under it. For this reason, the Agreement shall be printed within thirty (30) days of signing, and a copy issued to each employee, with one additional copy being provided for the Bulletin Board at the respective departments. The Corporation and the Union will share the cost equally of printing sufficient copies of this agreement for all members of the bargaining unit.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Company and the Union desire that the provision of this agreement and the rights and duties under it be familiar to each employee. For this reason the Company will have the agreement printed in pocket book form, in English and French, and will give a copy to each employee, twenty-four (24) copies to the International Representative, and seventy-five (75) copies to the Local Union. Where any dispute arises in connection with any of the terms of this Agreement, the English text shall govern.
