International Representative definition

International Representative means the addressees of the International Underwriting Agreement.

  • If the difference is not resolved within five (5) days of receipt of written submission, the Executive Director and the International Representative may, upon mutual agreement of the parties, refer the matter to a Pipeline Industry Grievance Panel.
