AREA OF OPERATIONS. Customer agrees that it may only operate the Products in the Area of Operation as defined in this Agreement. Provider shall have the right at its own expense, to examine Customer’s books, operational logs and records insofar as they concern the geographical usage of Signals for the purpose of verifying the utilization in Area of Operation.
AREA OF OPERATIONS. Area of operations: North – Freemantle Road, Port Noarlunga South (adjacent) South - Gull Rock (adjacent). This defines the boundary of Moana SLSC’s area of responsibility. Patrol Captains should not be limited by traditional patrol areas within their area of operations. Instead, the decision of where to conduct patrols should be determined through a risk assessment by the Patrol Captain, and is dependent on the environmental conditions, numbers of beach visitors, size of patrol group and any other factors relevant on the day. Patrol Captains should also give consideration to establishing multiple patrol areas, within their club’s area of operations, when patrol group size permits activities such as Outposts and Roving patrols. SLSSA strongly encourages interoperability between neighbouring clubs, to prevent blackspots developing at the outer edges of a club’s area of operations.
AREA OF OPERATIONS. Oil and Gas operations Offshore and onshore Taiwan, or held covered at terms to be agreed. It is agreed that parts and equipment removed from site for repair or storage are held covered while onshore Taiwan or neighbouring countries and during transit to and from sit but always not exceeding 1,000 miles.
AREA OF OPERATIONS has, in respect of the Company, the meaning given to that term in the Act;
AREA OF OPERATIONS. 6.1 For the purpose of Bareboat Charter the Vessel must operate within The Solent only. This area is defined as a line between Xxxxx Castle and the Needles Light House in the West to a line between Bembridge Harbour and the Entrance of Chichester Harbour in the East. Bembridge and Chichester Harbours are included as inside The Solent. Under no circumstances must the Vessel operate outside this area of operation unless a Skipper provided by the Company is on board.

The vessel will normally operate in, but not be restricted to, Pearl Harbor, HI, Apra Harbor, Guam, Keyport, WA and the outer islands of Hawaii. The vessel shall be able to operate in a wide range of areas worldwide. It is intended for the vessel to be on station conducting independent operations in a remote environment or operate at anchor for extended periods. The vessel should be able to make transits via the Panama Canal as needed. The vessel may be reassigned to the U.S. East Coast with 30 days’ notification. Operational control (OPCON) will be SEAL Delivery Team One (SDVT-1).

Clubs may provide additional patrol services, beyond their Patrol Agreement requirements, in circumstances such as: community events, increased visitor attendance or hot weather. If your club wishes to provide patrol services beyond this agreement, please ensure that SurfCom (or the Duty Officer / Lifesaving Department in the absence of SurfCom) is notified via 13 SURF [13 7873] prior to doing so. All Clubs/Services are to sign on /off using the Operations App; this should be followed by a radio- check to SurfCom. If the Patrol Ops App facility is not available for any reason, patrols are to sign on / off through SurfCom via radio (Zone A, channel #3) or otherwise by telephoning 13 SURF (13 7873). During season, Surfcom operates on weekends and public holidays between 9am and until 15 minutes after the conclusion of the last patrol (typically 6:15pm). SurfCom will also provide support services when requested in advance of hot weather days and during out-of-hours incidents.
