Bareboat Charter definition

Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Bareboat Charter means, in relation to each Ship, the bareboat charter made or to be made between the relevant Borrower and the Bareboat Charterer in respect of such Ship;

Bareboat Charter means the use of a Southsea Ventures Ltd vessel, as described on the front of this Agreement, for leisure use only. Any use of the Vessel for commercial gain is unacceptable.
