April 2022. March 2023 During this fourth year as a traded service, Stepping Stones accommodated the differing needs of each District, creating bespoke systems as requested by each District Inclusion Hub. 104 children within 67 schools were supported throughout the year. All 3 Inclusion Hubs across Districts 1, 2 and 4 requested that training was a focus, so following consultation to all 119 schools, a programme of training was created. 382 colleagues accessed training throughout the year. The Stepping Stones team thank you for working so inclusively and we are looking forward to extending our provision to Districts 01, 02 and 04 during 2023-2024. April 2022 – March 2023 Traded Service Level Agreement Schools wishing to access support from Stepping Stones will be asked to purchase the 2023-2024 Universal Support Offer. The Universal Support Offer is a base requirement to ensure the Outreach teams can continue to provide a service to schools and will be similar to the Service Level Agreements mainstream schools enter into with other Local Authority services such as Safeguarding, Legal Services and Health and Safety teams.

June2022: With suspicion about the actual nature of the sample, patient was managed as being FMF and started Colchicine and corticosteroids. 18th October 2022: Patient went on for 6 months on anti FMF treatment with no improvement and numerous tpping was done to relief his dyspnea. A follow up Abdominopelvic U/S was done still showing the following: • Marked ascites. • Much gaseous distention. • 26th November 2022: A second Pathology report (revision of siides) was done in an attempt to re - confirm the diagnosis. Pathological examination reported the following: • Picture Compatible with Multi-cystic Mesothelioma, Amenable for Local Recurrences. Access to the Short Stay School’s Telephone Advice and Support Service:- ensuring prompt advice and guidance regarding pupil behaviour. Access to Behaviour Surgeries held twice termly at the Short Stay School in a virtual format.
