REFERENCE MANAGEMENT may make audio and video tapes of dress rehearsals and performances solely for the use of archival and reference purposes, provided that such tapes shall remain at all times in the custody of MANAGEMENT. Archival or reference tapes may leave the custody of the MANAGEMENT for the sole purpose of viewing by a co-producer or renting company with the understanding that such tapes may not be duplicated and that a disclaimer shall appear on all tapes as follows: This tape was created for the archival record of the physical production only and in no way is intended to represent the creative or artistic talents of the artists involved.
