In the event 12 COUNTY reasonably determines client records are 13 incomplete or inaccurate after payment has been made, COUNTY shall give written notice to 14 CONTRACTOR specifying the deficiencies, and CONTRACTOR shall have a period of thirty 15 (30) days thereafter to cure such deficiencies.may refuse payment for a claim if client records are 16 determined by COUNTY to be incomplete or inaccurate. If CONTRACTOR fails to cure such 17 deficiencies within the foregoing 30-day period, then In the event client records are determined 18 to be incomplete or inaccurate after payment has been made, COUNTY may treat such payment 19 as an overpayment within the provisions of this Agreement.
