User Data. In addition to any disclosures authorized by Section 24, You and Your Authorised Users consent and agree that the RIM Group of Companies may access, preserve, and disclose Your or Your Authorised Users' data, including personal information, contents of your communication or information about the use of Your BlackBerry Solution functionality and the services or software and hardware utilized in conjunction with Your BlackBerry Solution where available to RIM ("User Data"), to third parties, including foreign or domestic government entities, without providing notice to You or Your Authorized Users under the laws of countries where the RIM Group of Companies and its service providers, other partners and affiliates are located in order to: (i) comply with legal process or enforceable governmental request, or as otherwise required by law; (ii) cooperate with third parties in investigating acts in violation of this Agreement; or (iii) cooperate with system administrators at Internet service providers, networks or computing facilities in order to enforce this Agreement. You warrant that You have obtained all consents necessary under applicable law from Your Authorised Users to disclose User Data to the RIM Group of Companies and for the RIM Group of Companies to collect, use, process, transmit, and/or disclose such User Data as described above.

Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

The Cloud Service (including SAP Analytics Cloud, embedded edition) has features which collect certain usage information directly from users only for purposes of personalized search results and recommendations, and to help SAP to plan and prioritize features, improve product design, and improve documentation and resources. By default, these features are disabled but will be offered to each user, who upon initial sign-on can choose to opt-in to these features. These features can be turned off at any time by the user, or by the Tenant administrator. The Tenant administrator settings will affect all users.
User Data. 6.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

Neither AllClients nor Affiliate will sell, disclose, transfer or rent any demographic information (including, but not limited to, name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and/or any other identifying information collected) submitted by Referred Visitors (“Individual Data”) to any third party.
User Data. “User Data” shall mean any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of any Acquired Corporation from users of any Acquired Corporation website.
User Data a) You agree that if You use the Platform to distribute Products, You will protect the privacy and legal rights of users. You agree to only collect and use user data in accordance with the terms and conditions of Your Terms of Use and/or End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy You publish in conjunction with Your Products and applicable laws. You shall ensure that each user receives sufficient notification prior to any collection of their data. This notice must clearly and expressly state that their data shall be collected by You and is subject to Your Terms of Use and/or End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy. You must also ensure that each user provides affirmative consent prior to such collection and any use of the data by You or any third party on Your behalf. You agree to take all steps required and reasonably necessary (including appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures) to protect such user data in Your possession or control against loss and unauthorized or unlawful access, use, modification, disclosure, processing or other misuse. You agree to implement and comply with industry-standard measures with respect to the technical and physical security of such user data. You agree to ensure that its collection, use, storage, processing, distribution, or transfer (including cross-border transfers), and Your information technology platforms and systems on which such user data is collected, used, stored, processed, distributed, or transferred are at all times compliant with applicable law (including all privacy laws and laws governing data security) and the terms and conditions of Your published use and privacy policies. Your standard of care to comply with Your obligations under the foregoing sentences shall conform to the requirements of applicable laws and industry standard security measures with respect to the sensitivity of the user data in Your possession or control. If users provide Your Product with Platform Provider account information, Your Product may only use that information to access the user’s Platform Provider account when, and for the limited purposes for which, the user has given You permission to do so.
User Data. (a) All data or other information collected by iVillage from users of the iVillage Sites independent of the relationships, activities or offers covered by this Agreement and without referencing or solicited in connection with any AT&T Xxxx or any AT&T product or service ("iVillage User Data"), is the proprietary and Confidential Information of iVillage; provided that, during the Term, iVillage agrees it shall not use any iVillage User Data in connection with the marketing, promotion, or distribution of any Telecommunication Services, except Telecommunications Services offered by AT&T and Unavailable Telecommunication Services (as defined in Section 2).
