THE SURVEY. The Purchaser shall have the right to obtain a survey for the real estate being sold hereunder and Purchaser will be responsible for paying all costs in connection with the preparation (and recording) of the survey.

THE SURVEY. Promptly after the Opening of Escrow, Buyer shall cause a surveyor licensed in the State of Nebraska to complete and deliver to Escrow Agent, Buyer and Seller a current, certified ALTA As-Built survey of the Real Property, Building and Improvements (the “Survey”), whereupon the legal description in the Survey shall control over the description in Exhibit A attached hereto to the extent they may be inconsistent. The Survey shall set forth the legal description and boundaries of the Property and all easements, encroachments and improvements thereon.
THE SURVEY. The survey is carried out in order to gather information from Local Authorities (district, borough and unitary authorities, and Port Health Authorities in England and Wales) on the numbers and types of industrial processes regulated and their administrative lifecycles. The results of the survey are published in November or December annually and a summary of the headline results discussed at the Industrial Pollution Liaison Committee (IPLC) and Industry Forum meetings in January. The results of the survey are also used to provide transparency in the regulation of industry by Local Authorities, to enable comparison of best practice by Local Authority regulators, and to identify those Local Authorities that are performing below average. The survey must be carried out on-line, including a facility to enable the Contractor and the Authority to see real-time progress of Local Authorities in completing the survey. The Survey shall set forth the legal description and boundaries of the Property and all easements, encroachments and improvements thereon.

THE SURVEY. Buyer may elect, at Buyer's cost, to cause a surveyor licensed in the State of Maine to complete and deliver to Escrow Agent and Seller a current, certified ALTA survey of the Real Property, Building and Improvements (the "Survey"), whereupon the legal description in the Survey shall control over the description in Exhibit A attached hereto to the extent they may be inconsistent. Any such Survey shall set forth the legal description and boundaries of the Property and all easements, encroachments and improvements thereon.
THE SURVEY. The Property has not been surveyed for this auction and is being conveyed by the Legal Description of record. If the Purchaser requires a survey it shall be at Purchaser’s option and expense.
