Purchase Price Paid. The Investor shall have paid the aggregate Purchase Price to the Company, pursuant to the requirements of this Agreement.
Purchase Price Paid. Such Investor shall have delivered to the Company the purchase price for the Preferred Shares set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
Purchase Price Paid. Such Investor shall have paid the Purchase Price to the Escrow Agent in the amount set forth on Schedule 1 on the Funding Date and the Company shall have received the Purchase Price from the Escrow Agent.
Purchase Price Paid. The Purchaser shall have paid to the Company the applicable Share Purchase Price and, with respect to the First Closing, the Warrant Purchase Price.
Purchase Price Paid. Such Investor shall have paid the Purchase Price to the Company in the amount set forth on Schedule 1 by the Funding Date pursuant to the requirements of this Agreement and the Company shall have received the Purchase Price.
Purchase Price Paid. The Purchaser shall have paid the purchase price for the Preferred Shares to the Company as set forth in Section 1.02(a) hereof.
Purchase Price Paid. Subject to Section 4.01 hereof, the Purchasers shall have paid the purchase price for the Preferred Shares to the Company as set forth in Appendix A hereto.
