Field Survey definition

Field Survey means a field investigation of the environmental characteristics of a site, including existing forest.
Field Survey means an on-site audit and/or office asset record review, requested by Licensee, of the Pole(s) on which Licensee proposes to: (i) make a new Attachment(s), (ii) relocate an existing Attachment(s), or (iii) Materially Change an existing Attachment(s), performed by Licensor in order to determine if the Pole(s) can safely accommodate the requested Attachment.
Field Survey means the Company’s on-site audit and/or office asset/mapping record review of each Facility upon which the Customer proposes to: (i) Make a new Authorized Attachment(s); (ii) Relocate an existing Authorized Attachment(s); or (iii) Materially Change an existing Authorized Attachment.

  • For avoidance of doubt, neither the conversion of an existing luminaire with a like-kind LED luminaire and/or the installation or inclusion of an NLC Node with similar physical and operational characteristics in the same location and orientation as the existing luminaire nor the initial installation of a Disconnect Device within the specified twenty-four (24) months following the Closing will require a Field Survey.

  • The Company shall perform a Field Survey for each Facility upon or within which the Customer requests a new Authorized Attachment requiring an electrical connection or the reconfiguration, relocation, Material Change or replacement of existing Equipment.
