Annual Maintenance Schedule. At least three (3) months before the start of each Lease Year a Lessee representative shall meet with a District representative in order to determine an annual maintenance schedule which allows Lessee flexible access to the Property but which does not interfere with District Use. Either party may request, in writing, that the schedule be amended to accommodate circumstances that may arise during the year. Any schedule change shall be made only by mutual agreement.

Annual Maintenance Schedule. The City's representative, or designee, shall meet with the District's representative or designee, in order to determine an annual maintenance schedule which allows City flexible access to the Joint Facilities, but which does not unreasonably interfere with District's use of the Joint Facilities. Either party may request, in writing, that the schedule be amended to accommodate circumstances that may arise during the year. Such schedule changes may be made only by mutual agreement. Schedule to include no facility usage for one week per year plus an additional (separate) two-day period during one of the school breaks (summer, spring or winter) necessary for LVUSD staff to deep clean the gym facility. District staff shall notify City of the intended schedule to deep clean the gym facility at least three months in advance of such efforts. Facility photos will be taken at the annual meeting and a copy will be emailed to the City for reference.
