Schedule Changes. Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees shall receive fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. Employees shall receive seven (7) calendar days’ notice of a temporary schedule change. A temporary schedule change is defined as lasting thirty (30) days or less. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a schedule change. The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s daily start and/or end time(s) by two (2) hours.
Schedule Changes. (a) If in the course of a posted schedule the Employer changes an Employee’s scheduled days off, the Employee shall be paid at the overtime rate in, accordance with Article 8: Overtime for all hours worked on what would otherwise have been the Employee’s off-duty days, unless 14 days notice of such change has been given. The Employee shall be notified of the change in the schedule both orally and in writing and such change shall be recorded on the Shift schedule.
Schedule Changes. 1. The parties recognize that the Employer operates a continuous operation. The Employer may change the scheduled days off of any dispatcher for operational reasons. The scheduled days off of a relief dispatcher shall be changed before the scheduled days off of a permanent dispatcher are changed.
Schedule Changes. The University may change the schedule of employees working a regular schedule or who are assigned to work an alternate schedule (as provided in Section 20.2.2(a), subject to the following:
Schedule Changes. Unless agreed to by the employee, the employer shall provide at least ten (10) working days written notice prior to making any permanent change in a work schedule. To the extent practicable, the schedule change will take into consideration the employee’s schedule preference.

Where an employee wishes to attend a Union educational class, Union convention, or bargaining unit conference as listed above requiring a change in schedule with another employee capable of performing the work, the immediate supervisor will make a reasonable effort to approve the change of schedule between the two (2) employees providing such a change does not result in overtime.

Employees will be notified in writing at least seven (7) days in advance of a permanent work schedule change, including the reason for the change and must receive such notice during working hours. If an employee does not receive the proper notice, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of overtime pay in addition to the regular rate for each day the notification is delayed.

If schedules are posted, the Employer will post the schedule seven (7) days prior to the scheduled work period. Except conditions involving patient care and low census conditions, individual scheduled hours of work set forth on the posted work schedules may be changed only by mutual consent.
