Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.
Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Contractor shall prepare operation and maintenance manuals (“O & M Manuals”) containing a complete set of: all Submittals; training information; a telephone list and contact information for all consultants, manufacturers, installers, and suppliers; manufacturers’ printed data; approved relevant Shop Drawings; schematic diagrams of systems; appropriate equipment indices; and warranties and bonds. As a condition to Substantial Completion, Contractor shall submit two (2) completed O & M Manuals for Owner Parties’ prior review and approval. Owner Parties will review and return one O & M Manual containing any modifications, adjustments, or additional information required. Owner Parties’ receipt of one (1) physical and one (1) electronic copy (in [native] file format) of the final approved O & M Manuals shall be a condition precedent to any payment thereafter due.

As part of the Work, Contractor shall submit two completed operation and maintenance manuals ("O & M Manuals") for review by the Owner's Authorized Representative prior to submission of any pay request for more than 75% of the Work. No payments beyond 75% will be made by the Owner until the 0 & M Manuals have been received. The O & M Manuals shall contain a complete set of all submittals, all product data as required by the specifications, training information, phone list of consultants, manufacturers, installer and suppliers, manufacturer's printed data, record and shop drawings, schematic diagrams of systems, appropriate equipment indices, warranties and bonds. The Owner's Authorized Representative shall review and return one O & M Manual for any modifications or additions required. Prior to submission of its final pay request, Contractor shall deliver three (3) complete and approved sets of O & M Manuals to the Owner's Authorized Representative.

As part of the Work, Contractor shall submit one hard copy and two electronic media copies (on memory stick, CD or DVD and in standard Microsoft or Adobe format) of completed operation and maintenance manuals for review by the Owner’s Representative prior to submission of any pay request for more than ninety percent (90%) of the work. No payments beyond ninety percent (90%) will be made by the Owner until the O & M Manual has been received. The O & M Manual shall contain a complete set of all submittals; all product data as required by the specifications; training information; a telephone list of consultants, manufacturers, installer and suppliers; manufacturer’s printed data; balance reports; record and shop drawings; schematic diagrams of systems; appropriate equipment indices; warranties; bonds; etc. The Owner’s Representative shall review and return one O & M Manual for any modifications or additions required. Prior to submission of its final pay request, complete and approved sets of O & M Manuals shall be delivered to the Owner’s Representative by the Contractor.
Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Further, Supplier shall provide upon Delivery the operation and maintenance manuals, drawings and schedules in English or Hebrew (four (4) sets in hard copy and two (2) sets in magnetic media) a. The cost of the operation and maintenance training, shall be borne and paid solely by Supplier, and be considered as part of the RRV Price (as defined below). The above manuals shall include all information required for operating the RRV and at least the following: • Operating instructions • Assembly / outline drawings • Parts catalogue • Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting instructions • Warranty arrangements and contact details
Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Contract Awarder provisional operation and maintenance manuals in sufficient detail for the Contract Awarder to operate, maintain, dismantle, reassemble, adjust and repair the Plant. The Works shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking-over under SubClause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Contract Awarder has received final operation and maintenance manuals in such detail, and any other manuals specified in the Contract Awarder's Requirements for these purposes.

From and after such date and throughout the remainder of the Project Term, Project Co shall prepare and keep current, and at all reasonable times make available to IO, such operation and maintenance manuals and all other such manuals prepared from time to time for the Facility.
