Association representatives shall have the right to reasonable use of District facilities at times other than normal working hours and/or hours of student instruction for the purposes of transacting lawful Association business provided such use does not interfere with the District operation or duties of unit members, and, provided further such authorized Association representatives first fully comply with the appropriate District Use of Campus Facilities procedures.
City shall not be entitled to use of the Recreational Areas during the District Use Period.
City’s obligations under this Section 11 shall not be enforceable if District fails to provide City with a copy of the current or any amended District Use Rules as required by this Subsection 11.1.

Notification shall be by telephone or use of the District Use of Volunteers notification form in sufficient time for Facilities and Property to alert other appropriate District personnel and CSEA.
District Use The District shall be entitled to the exclusive use of District Property for public school and school-related educational and recreational activities, including summer school, and at such other times as District Property is being used by the District or its agents.
