ALLOCATION OF OPERATING COSTS. In determining the Operating Costs attributable to the Building, the Landlord shall have the right from time to time to reasonably allocate and re-allocate such Operating Costs which represent operating costs incurred for facilities or services shared by the Building and such other buildings as are owned or operated by the Landlord and which are not charged or allocated separately against the Building and any such other building or buildings. Any such determination made by the Landlord shall be binding upon the Tenant unless shown to be unreasonable or erroneous in some substantive respect. The Tenant shall have the right to reasonable access to the books and records of the Landlord to conduct an examination and to ascertain whether allocations of Operating Costs made by the Landlord have been made reasonably.

ALLOCATION OF OPERATING COSTS. A. ln recognition of the distinct characteristics of Participating Cities and to insure that each Participating City is equitably allocated only the net cost of providing public transportation services for its citizens, separate operating cost and passenger revenue allocation formulas will be used.
ALLOCATION OF OPERATING COSTS. For purposes of this Agreement, School operating expenses, which shall include all expenditures except those described in Article III, shall be allocated to Member School Districts in the ratio that a number of resident students, out-of-school youths and adults from a Member School District who enroll in the School bears to the total number of resident students, out-of-school youths and adults enrolled in the School. Such expenses shall not exceed the budget adopted by the Full Board for this program.
ALLOCATION OF OPERATING COSTS. Consistent with the allocation of the Acquisition Debt service, Total Operating Costs will currently be allocated 100% to UNLV as it is currently the sole occupant of the Campus. However Total Operating Costs shall be allocated to NSC and UNR with respect to Building B at such time as Building B is available for occupancy, i.e. the Campus Building Percentages will be recomputed by including the square footage of Building B in the denominator. At the point in time when ACTC is available for occupancy, the Campus Building Percentages will again be recomputed adding the square footage of ACTC into the denominator. The Allocated Operating Costs for each Building will be sub-allocated to each of the schools based on the Applicable Building Percentages for the respective Building.
ALLOCATION OF OPERATING COSTS. Each party’s annual financial contribution to the annual operating budget shall be determined by the formula established in Section IV(B)(2) of this Agreement; provided, however, that the XXX numbers referenced in Section IV(B)(2) shall be updated to reflect the applicable numbers as of January 1 of the calendar year preceding July 1 of the fiscal year for which the Operating Budget has been established. The County shall provide the City and University CEOs, or designees, with quarterly reports showing budgeted versus actual operating expenditures.
