Operating Expenditures definition

Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group expenditures, including, but not limited to, taxes, reimbursements of the General Partner, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings, debt service payments and capital expenditures, subject to the following:

  • If any such audit demonstrates that the Operating Revenues or Operating Expenditures reflected in any financial statements prepared by ASM Global and reviewed as specified in the foregoing subparagraph (a) are understated (in the case of Operating Expenses) or overstated (in the case of Operating Revenues), in either case by more than five percent (5%), ASM Global shall pay to the County the reasonable cost of such audit.
