Agreement to Release My Claims. In exchange for the consideration described in the Agreement, I give up and release all of My Claims. I will not make any demands or claims against the Company for compensation or damages relating to My Claims. The consideration that I am receiving is a fair compromise for the release of My Claims.
Agreement to Release My Claims. Except as stated in Paragraph 4, I agree to give up all My Claims, waive any rights thereunder, and forever discharge the Employer and all Released Parties of and from any and all liability to me for actions or causes of action, suits, or Claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I agree that I will not seek and I waive any right to accept any relief or award from any charge or action against the Employer or other Released Party before any federal, state, or local administrative agency or federal state or local court whether filed by me or on my behalf with respect to any claim or right covered by this Release. I also agree to withdraw any and all of my charges and lawsuits against Employer or other Released Party, except that I may, but am not required to, withdraw or dismiss, or attempt to withdraw or dismiss, any charges that I may have pending against the Employer or other Released Party with the EEOC or other civil rights enforcement agency. I represent and warrant that I have not transferred or otherwise assigned my Claims, or parts thereof, to any person or entity, other than the Employer. I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Employer from and against any claim (including the payment of attorneys’ fees and costs actually incurred whether or not litigation is commenced) that is directly or indirectly based on or in connection with or arising out of any such assignment or transfer made, purported or claimed. In exchange for my agreement to release my Claims, I am receiving satisfactory Consideration (compensation) from the Employer to which I am not otherwise entitled by law, contract, or under any Employer policy. The consideration I am receiving is a full and fair payment for the release of all my Claims. The Employer and the Released Parties do not owe me anything in addition to what I will be receiving.
Agreement to Release My Claims. I am receiving a substantial amount of money, among other things, from Employer as consideration for my Release of My Claims. I agree to give up all My Claims against the Employer as defined above. I will not bring any lawsuits, file any charges, complaints, or notices, or make any other demands against the Employer or any of its employees or agents based on any allegation included in My Claims. The money I am receiving is a full and fair payment for the release of all My Claims.
Agreement to Release My Claims. In exchange for my right to receive payments and other benefits under Section 5 of my Employment Agreement, I agree to give up all My Claims against the Employer and give up all other actions, causes of action, claims or administrative complaints that I have against the Employer. I will not bring any lawsuits or administrative claims against the Employer relating to the claims that I have released nor will I allow any lawsuits or claims to be brought or continued on my behalf or in my name. The money and other consideration I receive pursuant to Section 5(b) or (c) of my Employment Agreement is a full and fair payment for the release of My Claims and the Employer does not owe me anything further for My Claims. Separate from this agreement, I will also receive the Accrued Obligations (as defined in my Employment Agreement). My rights to receive the other payments and benefits due under Section 5(b) or (c) of my Employment Agreement shall be effective only after receipt by the Employer of this Release, signed by me and properly notarized, and after the expiration of the seven (7) day revocation period mentioned in Section 5, below. I understand that I will not receive any payments due me under Section 5(b) or (c) of my Employment Agreement (other than payment of the Accrued Obligations under clause (1) thereof) if I revoke or rescind this Release, and in any event, until after the seven (7) day revocation period has expired.

The Consideration I am receiving is a full and fair consideration for the release of all My Claims. Employer does not owe Me anything in addition to what I will be receiving according to the Separation Agreement which I have signed.

I may, but am not required to, withdraw or dismiss, or attempt to withdraw or dismiss, any charges that I may have pending against the Employer with the EEOC or other civil rights enforcement agency. I understand and acknowledge that the consideration is in addition to anything of value that I would be entitled to receive from Wilsons if I did not sign this Release or if I rescinded this Release. In exchange for that consideration I give up and release all of My Claims. I will not make any demands or claims against the Company for compensation or damages relating to My Claims. The consideration that I am receiving is a fair compromise for the release of My Claims.

The consideration that I am receiving is a fair compromise for the release of My Claims.
Agreement to Release My Claims. I will receive consideration from BWW as set forth in the Agreement if I sign and do not rescind this Release as provided below. I understand and acknowledge that such consideration includes valuable consideration in addition to anything of value that I would be entitled to receive from BWW if I did not sign this Release or if I rescinded this Release. In Exhibit C2 Exhibit C exchange for that consideration I give up and release all of My Claims. I will not make any demands or claims against the Company for compensation or damages relating to My Claims. The consideration that I am receiving is a fair compromise for the release of My Claims. I understand and agree that, with the exception of money provided to me by a governmental agency as an award for providing information, I am not entitled to receive any money or other relief in connection with My Claims, regardless of who initiated or filed the claim, charge or other proceeding.
