Tolling. Should the Executive violate any of the terms of the restrictive covenant obligations articulated herein, the obligation at issue will run from the first date on which the Executive ceases to be in violation of such obligation.
Tolling. In the event of any violation of the provisions of this Section 8, Executive acknowledges and agrees that the post-termination restrictions contained in this Section 8 shall be extended by a period of time equal to the period of such violation, it being the intention of the parties hereto that the running of the applicable post-termination restriction period shall be tolled during any period of such violation.
Tolling. If the Executive violates any of the restrictions contained in Section 10, the Restricted Period shall be suspended and shall not run in favor of the Executive from the time of the commencement of any violation until the time when the Executive cures the violation to the satisfaction of the Company.

In the event of any violation of the provisions of this Section 10, the Employee acknowledges and agrees that the post-termination restrictions contained in this Section 10 shall be extended by a period of time equal to the period of such violation, it being the intention of the parties hereto that the running of the applicable post-termination restriction period shall be tolled during any period of such violation.
Tolling. In the event of the breach by the Executive of any Covenant, the running of the period of restriction shall be automatically tolled and suspended for the amount of time that the breach continues, and shall automatically recommence when the breach is remedied so that the Company shall receive the benefit of the Executive’s compliance with the Covenants. This paragraph shall not apply to any period for which the Company is awarded and receives actual monetary damages for breach by the Executive of a Covenant with respect to which this paragraph applies.
Tolling. All applicable statutes of limitation shall be tolled while the procedures specified in this Article 9 are pending. The parties will take such action, if any, required to effectuate such tolling.
Tolling. The restricted period for each of the covenants in this Award Agreement shall be tolled during (a) any period(s) of violation that occur during the original restricted period; and (b) any period(s) of time required by litigation to enforce the covenant (other than any periods during which Participant is enjoined from engaging in the prohibited activity and is in compliance with such order of enjoinment) provided that the litigation is filed within one year following the end of the two-year period immediately following the cessation of employment.
Tolling. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the Participant breaches any of the non-solicitation restrictions in Section 15(c), then the Restricted Period (or the Enhanced Restricted Period, if applicable) shall be tolled (retroactive to the date such breach commenced) until such breach or violation has been duly cured.
Tolling. All limitations periods and the running of laches are tolled during the pendency of dispute resolution.
Tolling. In the event of any violation of the provisions of this Section 5, the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the post-termination restrictions contained in this Section 5 shall be extended by a period of time equal to the period of such violation, it being the intention of the parties hereto that the running of the applicable post-termination restriction period shall be tolled during any period of such violation.
