Access and Security Guidelines. Use of the Services is conditioned on Licensee obtaining and maintaining access to the internet, and all equipment necessary for proper operation of the Services. Licensee is required to maintain and use secure user names and passwords issued by Licensor as set forth on Schedule B for the access and use of the Services. Licensee shall be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of such user names and passwords. Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services and shall notify Licensor immediately of any such unauthorized use or other known breach of security. Licensee is responsible for all activities that occur under Licensee's user names and passwords. Licensee shall report to Licensor immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop immediately any copying or distribution of the Licensed Programs that is known or suspected by Licensee.
Access and Security Guidelines. Each User must maintain a unique user identification name and password (“UserID“) for access to and use of the Products. Customer shall be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of UserIDs of its Users. UserIDs may not be provided to any individual who is not a User. Customer will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Products, and notify Waterford promptly of any such unauthorized use. Customer will not use its access to the Products to: (a) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other Waterford customers without their consent; (b) access or copy any data or information of other Waterford customers without their consent; (c) knowingly interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Products or the data contained therein; or (d) harass or interfere with another Waterford customer’s use and enjoyment of the Products. Customer will, at all times, comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and foreign laws in using the Products.
Access and Security Guidelines. You will use your real name and your own valid email address and create your own password to gain access to the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of your password. You will prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services, and notify Cambian promptly of any such unauthorized use. You are responsible for the use of the Services by you or any other person using your password. You shall ensure that your own system is secure and uses up-to-date commercially available anti-virus and security software. You will not use your access to the Services to: (1) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding the Services or information or data of other Members without their consent; (2) access, modify or copy any data or information of the Services or other Members without their consent; (3) knowingly interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein; or (4) harass or interfere with other Members use and enjoyment of the Services. You will comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. You agree that you are responsible for your own data and won’t include data that you don’t have a legal right to.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of Your password. You shall not share Your password with anyone at any time. You shall ensure that the User System is secure and uses an up-to-date commercially available anti-virus and security software. The Corporation has no responsibility whatsoever for any User System. You shall not use Your access to the Service or Site to: (a) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding the Service or Site or information or data of other of the Corporation users without their consent; (b) access, modify or copy any data or information of the Service or Site or other of the Corporation users without their consent; (c) knowingly interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or Site or the data contained therein; or (d) harass or interfere with another of the Corporation’s user’s use and enjoyment of the Service or Site. You shall, at all times, comply with all local, regional, federal laws of Canada, and applicable foreign laws in using the Service and Site.

Subject to the limitations and restrictions associated with your subscription account, you may set up User accounts by supplying a unique user identification name and password (“UserID”) to us for each User. Users may only access and use the Services with the specific UserID. You are primarily and fully responsible to ensure UserIDs are not shared, and that Users retain the confidentiality of their UserIDs. We may require that a UserID be replaced at any time.

Customer will not use its access to the Services to: (a) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other Maximizer customers without their consent;

User names and other log-in credentials generated by the Services are for Customer internal use only and Customers may not sell, transfer, or sublicense them to any other entity or person, except that Customer may disclose such credentials to agents and subcontractors performing work on Customer's behalf. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of those user names and passwords and shall notify QuakeLogic immediately of any unauthorized use or other known breaches of security. Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s user names and passwords, except if Customer has notified QuakeLogic in writing of any unauthorized use of such user names and passwords. The customer shall immediately report to QuakeLogic and use reasonable efforts to stop any known or suspected copying or distribution of the Services.
Access and Security Guidelines. You will choose or be provided with Passwords for each of its licensed User(s) on the Advisor 8 Inc. system. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of its Passwords. Each Password may be assigned to and used by only one individual User. You will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Advisor 8 Inc. Service, and will notify Advisor 8 Inc. promptly of any such unauthorized use. You shall not knowingly interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Advisor 8 Inc. Service or the data contained therein. You shall, at all times, comply with all applicable laws in its use of the Advisor 8 Inc. Service.

Customer shall immediately report to Asure and use reasonable efforts to stop any known or suspected copying or distribution of the Services.
