Examples of Other Members in a sentence

  • Any remaining shares will be allocated among the subscribing Other Members whose subscriptions remain unsatisfied in the proportion that the amount of the subscription of each such Other Member bears to the total amount of the subscriptions of all Other Members whose subscriptions remain unsatisfied.

  • The Member shall promptly disclose, to each of them and to the Other Members (if any), any fact or circumstance which might appear inconsistent with his/her warranty and agreement of impartiality and independence.

  • Any remaining available shares shall be allocated among subscribing Other Members whose subscriptions remain unsatisfied on a pro rata basis in the same proportion as each such Other Member’s subscription bears to the total subscriptions of all such subscribing Other Members, provided that no fractional shares shall be issued.

  • Other Members must remain seated whilst a Member is speaking unless they wish to make a point of order or a point of personal explanation.

  • If we do not receive all outstanding Premium by the end of the three (3)-month grace period, your membership will end at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the 1st month of the grace period.If applicable law does not require a three (3)-month grace period, then the grace period will be as it is explained in the Termination Due to Nonpayment of Premium for All Other Members provision in this section.
