Continuing Employee. An employee whose appointment is confirmed by a letter from the Vice-President (Finance and Administration) or her/his designate and one in which no termination date is stated.
Continuing Employee. “Continuing Employee” is defined in Section 6.4 of the Agreement.
Continuing Employee. Continuing Employee" shall have the meaning given in Section 8.3(a)(ii).
Continuing Employee. An employee employed indefinitely in a year-round position.
Continuing Employee. A continuing employee shall mean an employee who is hired to fill a position of more than two (2) months duration or a casual employee who has passed their probationary period. Such employees may be hired to work either full-time or part-time. Continuing Part-Time Employee Benefits: Continuing part-time employees shall receive all the rights and privileges of this Agreement except as noted below:
Continuing Employee. A continuing employee shall mean an employee who is hired to fill a position of more than three (3) months duration. Such employees may be hired to work either full-time or part-time. Continuing full-time employees shall be paid by the month; part-time employees may be paid either by the month or the hour. A continuing full-time employee employed for temporary assignment may be paid by the month or by the hour. Part-time employees who work regularly scheduled hours may elect to be paid by the month. Continuing Part-Time Employee Benefits: Continuing Part-Time Employees shall receive all the rights and privileges of this Agreement except as noted below:

Continuing Employee. An employee employed indefinitely in a year-round position for more than twenty-four (24) hours per week.
Continuing Employee. “Continuing Employee” shall mean each Key Employee and each Designated Employee of Seller who (i) receives and accepts an offer of employment from Purchaser or any of its subsidiaries prior to Closing and (ii) is an employee of Purchaser or any of its subsidiaries immediately following the Closing.
