EMPLOYMENT TERM from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

WHEREAS the Employer and the Employee have entered into an Employment Agreement dated as of January 1, 2006 (the Original Agreement), and,

EMPLOYMENT TERM. Subject to being terminated pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6 hereof, the term of your employment shall be indefinite commencing on January 1, 2006.

Employment Term from Executive Employment Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT effective January 1, 2006, is between ENGlobal Corporate Services, Inc., a Texas corporation (the Company), and Michael L. Burrow, a resident of Beaumont, Texas (the Executive).

Employment Term. The term of the Executives employment under this Agreement (the Employment Term) shall commence on January 1, 2006 (the Commencement Date), and shall expire on December 31, 2007 (the Expiration Date), unless extended by the Company or earlier terminated as herein provided. At the end of the Employment Term, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed year to year thereafter, unless (a) Employees employment has been terminated prior to such day, or (b) not later than 60 days prior to such day, either party to this Agreement shall have given written notice to the other party that he or it does not wish to extend further the Termination Date (and the Employment Term).

Employment Term from Executive Employment Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT effective January 1, 2006, is between ENGlobal Corporate Services, Inc., a Texas corporation (the Company), and William A. Coskey, a resident of Montgomery, Texas (the Executive).

Employment Term. The term of the Executives employment under this Agreement (the Employment Term) shall commence on January 1, 2006 (the Commencement Date), and shall expire on December 31, 2007 (the Expiration Date), unless extended by the Company or earlier terminated as herein provided. At the end of the Employment Term, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed year to year thereafter, unless (a) Employees employment has been terminated prior to such day, or (b) not later than 60 days prior to such day, either party to this Agreement shall have given written notice to the other party that he or it does not wish to extend further the Termination Date (and the Employment Term).

Employment; Term from Employment Agreement

Employment Agreement, dated as of June 5, 2006 (this "Agreement"), by and between Mr. Hugo Castro, a resident of the State of Florida (the "Executive"), and Sun American Bancorp., a Delaware corporation and Sun American Bank, a Florida corporation (collectively, the "Company").

Employment; Term. The Bank shall employ the Executive, and the Executive shall accept employment by the Bank, upon the terms and provisions, and subject to the conditions, of this Agreement. The term of the Executive's employment hereunder shall commence as of January 1, 2006 and terminate on December 31, 2006 (the "Employment Term"). Unless written notice is given by either party at least 30 days prior to the end of the term, the term of this Agreement will be automatically extended on a year-to-year basis.

Employment; Term from Employment Agreement

Employment Agreement, dated May 22, 2006 (this "Agreement"), by and between Mr. Michael Golden, a resident of the State of Florida (the "Executive"), and Sun American Bancorp., a Delaware corporation and Sun American Bank, a Florida corporation (collectively, the "Company").

Employment; Term. The Company shall employ the Executive, and the Executive shall accept employment by the Company, upon the terms and provisions, and subject to the conditions, of this Agreement. The term of the Executive's employment hereunder shall commence as of January 1, 2006 and terminate on December 31, 2006 (the "Employment Term"). Unless written notice is given by either party at least 30 days prior to the end of the term, the term of this Agreement will be automatically extended on a year-to-year basis.

Employment; Term from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT dated as of January 25, 2006 (this Agreement), by and between William D. Zollars (Executive) and YRC Worldwide Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company).

Employment; Term. The Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive accepts employment, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Company shall employ Executive for the period (the Employment Period) beginning as of January 1, 2006 (the Effective Date) and ending on Executives Date of Termination (as defined in Section 7(b)). The term of this Agreement (the Term) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the earlier of Executives Date of Termination or December 31, 2010; provided, that, on December 31, 2010, and each anniversary of December 31 thereafter, unless earlier terminated as of Executives Date of Termination, the Term shall be extended for one additional year unless, prior to September 30, 2010 with respect to the extension on December 31, 2010, and each anniversary of September 30 thereafter with respect to each subsequent annual extension, the Company or Executive shall have given notice not to extend the Term.

Employment Term from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the Agreement) is made as of the 26th day of October, 2005 (the Signing Date), by and between CNA Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the Company), and Stephen W. Lilienthal (Executive);

Employment Term. The Company and Executive agree that the Company shall employ Executive to perform the duties of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the CNA Insurance Companies for the period commencing on January 1, 2006 (Effective Date) and ending on December 31, 2008, or such earlier date as of which Executives employment may be terminated in accordance with Section 6 hereof (said period the Term). The covenants set forth in Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 through 16 shall survive the Term of this Agreement.

Employment Term from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the Agreement) is made as of the 26th day of October, 2005 (the Signing Date), by and between Continental Casualty Company, an Illinois insurance company (the Company), and James R. Lewis (Executive);

Employment Term. The Company and Executive agree that the Company shall employ Executive to perform the duties of Executive Vice President and President & Chief Executive Officer of Property and Casualty Operations, for the period commencing on January 1, 2006 (Effective Date) and ending on December 31, 2008, or such earlier date as of which Executives employment may be terminated in accordance with Section 6 hereof (said period the Term). The covenants set forth in Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 shall survive the Term of this Agreement.

Employment Term from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the Agreement) is made and entered into effective as of December 21, 2002 (the Effective Date), by and between James F. Voelker (the Employee) and InfoSpace, Inc. (the Company).

Employment Term. Employees employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue, unless otherwise terminated earlier as provided in Section 6 hereof, until January 1, 2006 (the Employment Term); provided, however, that the Employment Term may be extended by mutual agreement of the Company and Employee on such terms as they may agree upon in writing. If the Company is not willing to extend the Employment Term after January 1, 2006, it shall so notify the Employee in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Employment Term. If the Company notifies Employee in writing that it does not want to extend the Employment Term at the end of the Employment Term, then at such time, Employee shall become an at-will employee of the Company and may terminate employment with the Company and receive the severance benefits provided for in Section 6(b) hereof.
