Examples of Term of Employment in a sentence
During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation annually to be taken at such times which do not materially interfere with the operations of the Company.
During the Term of Employment, subject to the terms and provisions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall continue to employ the Executive as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, and the Executive hereby accepts such continued employment.
During the Term of Employment, the Company shall make available to the Executive the services of a financial manager.
During the Term of Employment, (i) the Executive shall be entitled to use of an automobile leased by the Company and (ii) the Company shall pay the cost of any and all applicable insurance coverage, registration, inspection and similar operating expenses therefor related to such automobile (the benefits provided in (i) and (ii) shall be collectively referred to as the “Vehicle Allowance”).
During the Term of Employment, the monthly cost to the Company of such Vehicle Allowance shall be at least equal to the monthly amount being paid by the Company for the Executive’s automobile lease and applicable insurance and operating expenses on the date of this Agreement.
