Expiration of Employment Term Clause Samples
The "Expiration of Employment Term" clause defines when and how an employee's fixed-term contract will come to an end. Typically, it specifies the exact date or event that marks the conclusion of the employment relationship, and may outline any notice requirements or procedures to be followed as the term approaches its end. This clause ensures both parties are aware of the employment's duration and provides clarity on the process for concluding the arrangement, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes regarding the contract's endpoint.
