The total price shown in the Pricing Information for the Project shall be the Contract Price, as agreed to by the Department, less the unused portion of the lump sum price for the Design-Build – Force Account Work (Item No. 800.04000015), if the Contract is Awarded.
When a Work Item references Class and Hull specific configuration and Ship Alteration information, planning activity shall validate that reference information (Ship Alteration drawings, LARS, "as built drawings", Test Procedures, etc.) used is correct via the assigned Class Planning Yard.
