Work Item definition

Work Item means a line item or group of line items on a direct payment request for claimed costs for a task or increment in accordance with the schedule of corrective action costs under A.R.S. § 49-1054(C).
Work Item means each of the [***] ([***]) components of the Collaboration Program as set forth in Exhibit B.
Work Item means any document, comment letter, white paper, research, materials, survey, technical specification, standard, schema, API, publication, data model, data set, definition, dictionary, software code, directory, invention, technology or other work or materials, and any modifications, enhancements or improvements thereof, developed, created, prepared, authored, conceived or reduced to practice by Participant (solely or jointly with other participants or FDX) in connection with any Group Event. For clarity, “Works Items” includes derivative works, including derivative works of Shared Information, authored in connection with any Group Event.

  • The total price shown in the Pricing Information for the Project shall be the Contract Price, as agreed to by the Department, less the unused portion of the lump sum price for the Design-Build – Force Account Work (Item No. 800.04000015), if the Contract is Awarded.

  • When a Work Item references Class and Hull specific configuration and Ship Alteration information, planning activity shall validate that reference information (Ship Alteration drawings, LARS, "as built drawings", Test Procedures, etc.) used is correct via the assigned Class Planning Yard.

More Definitions of Work Item

Work Item means a definition of architecture, functions and services, interfaces and protocols. The Deliverable of a Work Item could be a Technical Specification.
Work Item has the meaning given to it in paragraph (a) of Clause 9.2 (Supplemental Rental).

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
