Other Participants. By using the System and the Services, each Participant shall acknowledge that other Participants have access to the System and Services, and that other parties have access to the information contained in the System through their participation in an Other HIO [Optional: and/or other applicable program]. Such other Participants have agreed to comply with the [identify applicable policies and procedures, e.g., Policies and Procedures, or other applicable policies and procedures], concerning use of the information; however, the actions of such other parties are beyond the control of HIO. Accordingly, HIO does not assume any liability for or relating to any impairment of the privacy, security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, or restricted use of any information on the System resulting from any Participant’s actions or failures to act.

Other Participants. If the Participant is not a more than 5% owner, his/her RBD is the April 1 of the calendar year following the close of the calendar year in which the Participant incurs a Separation from Service or, if later, the April 1 following the close of the calendar year in which the Participant attains age 70 1/2.

Other Participants. Emory will have the right to use and disclose the Aggregated Registry Data for public health activities and purposes of Data Contributor and other data contributors participating in the Program. Emory shall share the Aggregated Registry Data in a way that will not separately identify Data Contributor or its Contributed Data.
Other Participants. Participant acknowledges that other Participants have access to IHIN and are receiving the Services. Such other Participants have committed to comply with IHIN Policies and Standards concerning use of IHIN; however, the actions of such other Participants are beyond IHIN’s control. Accordingly, IHIN shall have no responsibility or liability for or relating to any impairment of the privacy, security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, or restricted use of any information in IHIN resulting from any participant’s actions or failures to act, except when IHIN has been notified in writing of such a participant’s actions or failures to act and has failed to take action to prevent further noncompliance with IHIN Policies and /standards by that Participant.
Other Participants. No municipality or county may utilize or access the System unless and until that municipality or county has become a Subscriber, or until that municipality or county has entered into a Memorandum of Operation or Intergovernmental Agreement with the governing authorities of each Subscriber authorizing such utilization or access.
Other Participants. Additional persons may be invited to participate in Labor/Management meetings to provide relevant information.
Other Participants. Upon approval from RPI, the Technology Council may include other non-paying participants such as advisors or guests to participate in the Technology Council’s work or special projects
