Union Insignia. (a) A Union member shall have the right to wear or display the recognized insignia of the Union. The Union agrees to furnish to the Employer at least one Union shop card, for each of the Employer's places of operation covered by this Agreement, to be displayed on the premises. Such card will remain the property of the Union and shall be surrendered upon demand.

Union Insignia. A Union member shall have the right to wear or display a pin or button of the recognized insignia of the Union. The pin or button shall not be more than 2x2 (two by two) inches in size.
Union Insignia. Pursuant to Clause 2.8 of the Main Public Service Agreement, the union insignia may be displayed in a mutually agreeable, prominent position on all mobile equipment operated by members covered by this agreement, providing that the mobile equipment is operated primarily by members of this bargaining unit. The Union shall supply and, wherever necessary, replace such emblems of mutually agreeable size and type.
Union Insignia. A Union member shall have the right to wear a lapel pin and/or tie with the recognized insignia of the Union.
Union Insignia. 6.3.1 Employees are entitled to display Union shop cards and insignia no larger than 5" x 7" on their person, at their workstation, on College bulletin boards and at mutually agreeable locations on College buildings.
Union Insignia. 8.01 The employer will allow the IATSE Local 168 insignia to be placed on products built or supplied by Union employees. It is agreed that the insignia will remain the property of the Union and shall at all times be in possession of a member of the Union. Said insignia shall at no time be used in a manner detrimental to the interest or welfare of the employer or the Union.
Union Insignia. METRO Employees may wear, while on duty, the standard type of union insignia prescribed by the ATU International. The wearing of such insignia by a UNION member shall not be cause for discipline.
