Conflict with Regulations. In the event that there is a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and any regulation made by the Employer, or on behalf of the Employer, this Agreement shall take precedence over the said regulation.
Conflict with Regulations. A provision in this Agreement that conflicts with a regulation affecting employees of a bargaining unit covered by the Agreement prevails over the regulation.
Conflict with Regulations. If any of the provisions in this Agreement shall conflict with 12 C.F.R. § 30, Appendix A, or the Corporation policies adopted thereunder (as the same may be amended from time to time) the requirements of such regulation shall supersede any contrary provisions herein and shall prevail.
Conflict with Regulations. In the event that there is a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and any regulations made by the College, or on behalf of the College, this Agreement shall take precedence over the said regulation.

Conflict with Regulations. (a) In the event that there is a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and any regulation made by Citizens Bank of Canada or on behalf of Citizens Bank of Canada, this Agreement shall take precedence over the said regulation.
Conflict with Regulations. In the event that there is a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and any regulation made by the Commission, or on behalf of the Commission, this Agreement shall take precedence over the said regulations.
Conflict with Regulations. 9.01 Where there is a conflict between this Collective Agreement and any regulation except as provided under Section 56(2) of the Public Service Staff Relations Act this Agreement shall take precedence over the said regulation.
Conflict with Regulations. 42.01 The terms of this Agreement shall supersede State law when applicable and permissible by Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code.
