Licensed Material definition

Licensed Material means the Licensed Software and the Licensed Documentation.
Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.

Licensed Material means the Licensed Content (eg published articles) forming part of the content of the Licensed Titles and all Metadata relating to Licensed Titles and Licensed Content.

Licensed Material means radioactive, by-product, source, or special nuclear material received, possessed, used, or transferred under a general or specific license issued by the Division pursuant to the rules in this chapter, or issued by the U.S. NRC or an Agreement State pursuant to equivalent regulations.
Licensed Material means the software program (“Software”) and the accompanying documentation, including “Read Me” file(s) (“Documentation”), which is identified on Exhibit A attached hereto. The Software is copyrighted and owned by Fujitsu Limited or a Fujitsu’s licensor, and licensed, not sold to you (“you” or “You”). The term “Fujitsu” hereunder shall collectively mean Fujitsu Limited or its subsidiaries. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. FUJITSU WILL LICENSE THE SOFTWARE TO YOU ONLY IF YOU FIRST ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. The Software and specific support services (“Support”) that Fujitsu or its authorized reseller will provide to you are also described in and subject to a purchase agreement (“Purchase Agreement”), signed by You and Fujitsu or its authorized reseller, or otherwise accepted by Fujitsu or its authorized reseller, which may consist of one or more mutually agreed order forms, statements of work or similar transaction documents. This Fujitsu Annual Subscription Agreement, together with its Exhibits (“Agreement”), and the Purchase Agreement are the complete agreement regarding the use of the Software and the Support and replace any prior oral or written communications between you and Fujitsu. If you have a direct purchase agreement with Fujitsu Limited, then that purchase agreement takes precedence and this Agreement does not apply, otherwise in the event of conflicts between the provisions of this Agreement and those of the Purchase Agreement, those of this Agreement shall prevail.
