Examples of Software Support Services in a sentence

  • After the expiration of the Reveal Warranty, Software Support Services shall be payable on a per camera per year basis and must be purchased in respect of the Customer’s entire estate of Goods.

  • Reveal shall provide the Software Support Services during Business Hours as indicated on the relevant Order Form.

  • Save for where Reveal reasonably determines that it requires physical access to the Customer’s computer systems at the Customer’s site to provide the relevant Software Support Service, all Software Support Services shall be provided remotely.

  • In advertising, marketing, and reselling the Software, Support Services and otherwise performing under this Agreement, Reseller will (a) not engage in any deceptive, misleading, illegal, or unethical practices, (b) not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees concerning the Software or Support Services that are inconsistent with or in addition to those made by MinIO in this Agreement, and (c) comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • Unless Reveal agrees otherwise in writing with the Customer, New Versions of the Supported Software shall not be provided to the Customer as part of the Software Support Services and should the Customer decide to acquire any New Version, such acquisition shall be charged at Reveal’s then published rates.
