Software Support Services definition

Software Support Services means, collectively, Maintenance and New Releases.
Software Support Services means the software support services supplied by the Company to the Customer under these Conditions as more particularly described in the Order;
Software Support Services means the Services specified in the CA Memorandum to be provided by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of the Supported Software;

Examples of Software Support Services in a sentence

  • If the Customer Contract is for the supply of Software Support Services, then this clause 12 forms part of the Customer Contract.

  • Some of the provisions outlined in these Support Terms apply to only Product Support Services, Software Support Services or On-Site Support Services.

  • Should the Customer wish to renew the relevant Product Care Plan or Software Support Services for a further period of twelve (12) months, the Customer must pay the applicable renewal charges on or before the end of the current Support Period (following the payment instructions outlined in the notice).

  • Reveal shall provide Software Support Services in accordance with this clause only where the Customer has placed an Order for Software Support Services.

  • In relation to Product Care Plans and Software Support Services, Reveal may increase the charges for the Support Services on an annual basis at no more than CPI plus 2% with effect from each anniversary of the Commencement Date on giving not less than 30 days' notice to Customer.


More Definitions of Software Support Services

Software Support Services means the services to be provided as specified in the Specification of requirement and shall, where the context so admits, include any materials, articles and Software to be supplied thereunder;
Software Support Services has the meaning set forth in Section 3. “Support Request” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).
Software Support Services means the services to be provided by MAM in support of the Supported Software in accordance with Section B, the relevant Service Level Agreement for Software Support Services and the Contract Terms;
Software Support Services means the support and maintenance services described in Exhibit L, which SSN shall provide to Customer in accordance with this Agreement, which includes the Firmware Support Services.
Software Support Services means the Services specified in the SOR to be provided by the Contractor to the Employer in respect of the Packaged Software.
Software Support Services means the support and maintenance services that we provide you as part of the Subscription Software and/or Metered Software during the Subscription Term.
