Termination Assistance Plan definition

Termination Assistance Plan means the plan to be created by Provider in accordance with the TERMINATION ASSISTANCE SCHEDULE, under which plan Provider will assist Company in transitioning the Services to Company or to another provider after termination of the Services Agreement.
Termination Assistance Plan means a plan to govern the migration/conversion from Services to IT services, software and other resources to be provided by Customer or a successor Third Party IT Service Provider. The Termination Assistance Plan is a Work Order the production of which will be governed by the Contract Administration Process.

More Definitions of Termination Assistance Plan

Termination Assistance Plan has the meaning given in the Termination Assistance Schedule. Termination Assistance Services means the termination assistance services described in Sections 13.3 and 13.4 and the Termination Assistance Schedule and all other necessary assistance to allow the Services to continue without interruption or adverse effect and to facilitate the orderly transfer of the Services to the Successor or Company.
Termination Assistance Plan means a mutually developed and agreed to plan pursuant to which Service Provider shall provide the Termination Assistance Services in accordance with Section 3.5 of this Agreement, which plan shall address (a) the Termination Assistance Services to be provided during the Termination Assistance Period, (b) the duration of the Termination Assistance Period, (c) the obligations of each Party during the Termination Assistance Period and (d) such other matters as the Parties deem appropriate.
