The obligation of the Trust on behalf of the Series to pay the Distributor the Class B Distribution Fee shall terminate upon a Complete Termination.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Distributor shall be paid the Class B Distribution Fee regardless of the Distributor's termination as principal underwriter of the Series shares of the Trust, or any termination of this Agreement other than a Complete Termination; it being understood that for this purpose a Complete Termination occurs only if the Distribution Plan is terminated and the Trust has discontinued the distribution of the Series' Class B shares.
