Termination Services definition
Termination Services the services and activities to be performed by the Supplier pursuant to the Exit Plan, including those activities listed in Annex 1 of Schedule 8.5 (Exit Management), and any other services required pursuant to the Termination Assistance Notice;
Termination Services. The term "Termination Services" means the tasks and functions PwCES is to perform in anticipation of and following the termination or expiration of this Agreement in order to achieve an orderly transfer of Services from PwCES to Equifax or to Equifax's designee, as set forth in Exhibit 11.

Examples of Termination Services in a sentence
The Supplier’s obligations to provide Termination Services pursuant to this Schedule are without prejudice to its continuing obligations to provide the Services during the migration period until the cut over date for each element of the Services agreed pursuant to paragraph 1.1.2 of this Schedule 5.
The Termination Services shall be provided by the Supplier at no additional charge to NMRN.
In addition to the services set out in Annex 1 of Schedule 13 (Exit Management) of the Call-Off Terms any additional Termination Services to be provided by the Supplier are specified in Annex 2 of the Task Order.
More Definitions of Termination Services
Termination Services means the use of all necessary Equipment and facilities (including PSTN) to convert Internet telephony on ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇(SM) to PSTN and connect it to a telephone.
Termination Services where required in Part 23.2 of the Order Form, the services and activities to be performed by the Contractor pursuant to the Exit Plan, including those activities listed in paragraph 6.11 of this Schedule 21 and any other services required pursuant to the Termination Assistance Notice; and
Termination Services means the services and activities to be performed by the Service Provider pursuant to the Exit Management Plan, including those activities listed in paragraph 6.15 and any other services required pursuant to the Termination Assistance Notice;
Termination Services means technical support as eFax and/or JFAX may request from time to time following the termination of the Transition Services. IGC agrees to provide up to 25 hours per month of Post-Termination Services at a rate of $100 per hour for such services during a period which shall begin upon the termination of the Transition Services and shall end on the earlier of (a) JFAX's notification to IGC that it will no longer require any Post-Termination Services or (b) the first anniversary of the termination of the Transition Services. Neither eFax nor JFAX shall be required to use any amount of the Post-Termination Services.
Termination Services means any additional new services to be provided by the Transfer Agent, as mutually agreed upon by the parties, during the Termination Assistance Period in order to facilitate the transfer of Services to Company or a successor transfer agent.
Termination Services has the meaning provided for in section 17.2.
Termination Services means the functions, responsibilities, activities, tasks and projects Fidelity is reasonably requested by R▇▇▇▇ to perform in anticipation of and in connection with the termination or expiration of this Agreement in order to achieve an orderly transfer of Services from Fidelity to R▇▇▇▇ or to R▇▇▇▇’ designee and including the Services (and/or subsets thereof) described in Exhibits 3 and 5. The Termination Services shall be further defined and agreed by the parties at a future date when the Termination Services are needed by R▇▇▇▇ within the scope defined by the first sentence of this definition. The Termination Services are part of the Services.
