RECORDING SERVICES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Artist hereby engages the services of the Producer to produce the Recordings. The Producer ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide Production Services and produce the Recordings including the Master to the best of the Producer's ability at all times. During the Term the Producer shall produce the Recordings on and within [*] ([*]) months from the Commencement Date.
RECORDING SERVICES. During the Term of this Agreement, you shall render to Company your exclusive services as a recording artist for the purpose of making Master Recordings and as otherwise set forth herein.
RECORDING SERVICES. 2.1. During the period of the 2018 YES competition the Artist will provide their recording services (“Services”) to the Company for the purpose of recording one song written by the Artist (“Song”) to be mutually agreed with the Company.
2.2. The Company at its sole discretion may arrange for the making of a music video (“Video”) of the Song and the Artist will co-operate as reasonably required in respect of such Video and such assistance will form part of the Services.
2.3. As part of the Services the Artist further agrees to:
(a) provide reasonable assistance to the Company for the purposes of the marketing and promotion of the Song; and
(b) allow the Company to make use of the Artist’s name, and approved image, likeness and biography in relation to the marketing, promotion and commercial exploitation of the Song pursuant to this Agreement.
2.4. The Artist will not provide their Services to any other group involved in the 2018 YES competition.
2.5. Except as otherwise provided for in clause 2.4 this Agreement shall be non-exclusive in respect of the Artist’s recording services.
RECORDING SERVICES. First American does not represent or warrant that the recording of any document provided by Licensee will perfect any lien or interest upon the subject property or otherwise effect Licensee's intent in recording said document, and does not assume, and expressly disclaims: (a) any duty to identify any errors or deficiencies in the form or content of the documents submitted by Licensee that would cause such documents to be rejected for recording or invalidated post-recording; or (b) any liability to any person or entity for loss or damage arising out of or relating to errors or omissions by public officials (including, but not limited to, errors in posting, indexing or recording documents and/or any failure or refusal of public officials to comply with instructions supplied by First American). This disclaimer shall not impact any coverage that is otherwise afforded under a policy of title insurance.
RECORDING SERVICES. 2.1 Save as permitted pursuant to Clause 13 below, Contractor shall procure that Artist shall during the Term and throughout the Territory make, authorise and/or permit the making of Recordings exclusively for Company.
2.2 Contractor shall:
(a) Deliver to Company the Recording Commitment for each Contract Period during such Contract Period; and
(b) use Contractor’s reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Recording Commitment for each Contract Period is Delivered to Company within six (6) months of the commencement thereof.
RECORDING SERVICES. 15.1 Save as permitted pursuant to Clause 13 below, Contractor shall procure that Artist shall during the Term and throughout the Territory make, authorise and/or permit the making of Recordings exclusively for Company.
