Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

Warranty Services The Contractor warrants and represents that all services to be provided the City under the Contract will be fully and timely performed in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and practices, the terms, conditions, and covenants of the Contract, and all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules or regulations.

Custody Services The Fund, on behalf of the Series, will open with Mellon one or more custody account(s) designated "Series" (such designated custody account(s) hereinafter referred to as "Series Account"). The Series Account will contain the appropriate designation in its title and will be operated subject to the terms of the Custodian Agreement between Mellon and the Fund.
