Telecommunications Licenses definition

Telecommunications Licenses means any license, permit, certificate, --------------------------- approval or other authorization, or any renewal or extension thereof, issued by the FCC or any SPUC to Borrower.
Telecommunications Licenses means any cable television franchise or any landline telephone, or cellular telephone, microwave, personal communications or other telecommunications or similar license, authorization, registration, certificate, waiver, certificate of compliance, franchise, approval, material filing, exemption, order, or permit now or hereafter granted or issued by the FCC or any applicable PUC or other Governmental Authority.
Telecommunications Licenses means, collectively, the Licenses described in Schedule 3.2(c) hereto.

Examples of Telecommunications Licenses in a sentence

  • Each Loan Party and each Subsidiary of any Loan Party is the valid holder of all Licenses which are material to the conduct of its business or which may be required by Law, including all Telecommunications Licenses (as hereinafter defined in this Subsection 7(R)), and all such Licenses are in full force and effect.

Telecommunications Licenses means those licenses issued to Debtor by the FCC or any state public utility commission.

  • Telecommunications Act means the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
