FCC Licenses definition

FCC Licenses means the licenses, permits and other authorizations, including any temporary waiver or special temporary authorization, issued by the FCC to the Seller in connection with the conduct of the business and operation of the Stations.
FCC Licenses means all Licenses issued by the FCC to Seller in connection with the business or operations of the Station.
FCC Licenses means, with respect to Infinity or any of its Subsidiaries, any radio, television or other license, permit, certificate of compliance or authorization issued by the FCC and required for the operation of its respective radio and television broadcast stations.

More Definitions of FCC Licenses

FCC Licenses means all authorizations, licenses and permits issued by the Federal Communications Commission or any governmental authority substituted therefor to the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries, under which the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries is authorized to launch and operate any of its Satellites or to operate any of its TT&C Earth Stations (other than authorizations, orders, licenses or permits that are no longer in effect).
