By a Telecommunications Facility Lease Agreement dated December 1, 2015 (the “Original Lease”) between the Landlord and the Tenant in respect of certain space located in the property municipally known as ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and as more particularly described in the Lease.
Upon request and in the presence of Tenant or its employee or agent, Landlord and its agents and representatives shall be entitled to enter upon and inspect the Premises at any time during normal business hours, provided only that such inspection shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s business and the operation of the Telecommunications Facility.

CCPS and WEC or one of their Affiliates shall enter into a Wireless Telecommunications Facility Agreement (each a “WTFA”), in a form substantially similar to Exhibit C-2 and as mutually agreed upon.
After the Effective Date of this Agreement, for co-location of wireless carriers on existing structures (buildings, towers, water tanks, etc.) owned by WCBE, (each a "WCBE Structure"), APC (or its affiliate) and WCBE shall enter into a Wireless Telecommunications Facility Lease Agreement, in a form to be mutually agreed upon (each, an “WCBE WTFL Agreement”).
