Syndicate Banks definition

Syndicate Banks means each of the banks and financial institutions detailed in schedule 1 to the Credit Agreement and includes each assignee or transferee of all or any of the rights and obligations of, each such bank and financial institutions and all references to the Syndicate Banks include a reference to each or any of them (as the context may require);
Syndicate Banks means the banks participating in the Syndicate as defined in the Participation Loan and Agency Agreement; and
Syndicate Banks means (i) the banks registered with SEBI, offering services in relation to ASBA (other than through UPI Mechanism), a list of which is available on the website of SEBI at xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx/XxxxxXxxxxx.xx?doRecognisedFpi=yes&intmId=34 or xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx/XxxxxXxxxxx.xx?doRecognisedFpi=yes&intmId=35, as applicable, or such other website as updated from time to time, and (ii) the banks registered with SEBI, enabled for UPI Mechanism, a list of which is available on the website of SEBI at xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx/XxxxxXxxxxx.xx?doRecognisedFpi=yes&intmId=40. Applications through UPI in the Offer can be made only through the SCSBs mobile applications (apps) whose name appears on SEBI website. A list of SCSBs and mobile application, which, are live for applying in public issues using UPI Mechanism is appearing in the “list of mobile applications for using UPI in public issues” displayed on SEBI website at xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx/XxxxxXxxxxx.xx?doRecognisedFpi=yes&intmId=43. The said list shall be updated on SEBI website.

"Syndicate Credit Agreement" means that Credit Agreement dated as of July ____, 1999 among the Company, Bank, as Administrative Agent and Letter of Credit Issuing Bank, and the other financial institutions party thereto. "Syndicate Credit Agreement Event of Default" means an "Event of Default" as defined in the Syndicate Credit Agreement.
