Co-Syndication Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Co-Syndication Agents or Joint Lead Arrangers listed on the cover page and in the Recitals hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as Agent or a Lender hereunder.
