Revolving Agent definition

Revolving Agent means the collateral agent (or the administrative agent acting as collateral agent) under any Revolving Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity and, from and after the execution of a Revolving Credit Substitute Facility, one or more other agents, collateral agents, trustees or similar contractual representatives for one or more holders of indebtedness or other Obligations evidenced thereunder or governed thereby and its successors and assigns in such capacity, but in no event shall any Obligor or Affiliate thereof be, or appoint, the Revolving Agent.

Revolving Agent has the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble.

Examples of Revolving Agent in a sentence

• All payments received by the Administrative Agent or the Revolving Agent after 12:00 noon (New York City time) on any Business Day may, at the Administrative Agent’s or the Revolving Agent’s discretion, be credited to the Loan Account on the next succeeding Business Day.

• Each determination by the Administrative Agent (with respect to the Term Loans) or the Revolving Agent (with respect to the Revolving Loans) of an interest rate or fees hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes in the absence of manifest error.

More Definitions of Revolving Agent

Revolving Agent means the “Administrative Agent” under and as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.
