Credit Facility Agent definition
Credit Facility Agent means the then acting Agent as defined in and under the Credit Facility or any successor thereto.
Credit Facility Agent means Citibank, N.A., or its duly appointed successor as administrative agent under the Credit Facility.
Credit Facility Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Credit Agreement and the Credit Agreement Security Agreement, and its successors and assigns.
