Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Book Managers, Co-Lead Arrangers, Co-Documentation Agents or Syndication Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.
Neither the Syndication Agent, the Documentation Agents nor any of the Co-Lead Arrangers shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
