Neither the Syndication Agent, the Documentation Agents nor any of the Co-Lead Arrangers shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Loan Party hereby waives and releases any claims that it may have against the Administrative Agent, the Co-Lead Arrangers and the Joint Book Managers with respect to any breach or alleged breach of agency or fiduciary duty in connection with any aspect of any transaction contemplated hereby.
Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Book Managers, Co-Lead Arrangers, Co-Documentation Agents or Syndication Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.
Each of the Syndication Agent, Co-Lead Arrangers, Joint Book Runners and Co-Documentation Agents (each a “Titled Agent”) in each such respective capacity, assumes no responsibility or obligation hereunder, including, without limitation, for servicing, enforcement or collection of any of the Loans, nor any duties as an agent hereunder for the Lenders.
