Co-Lead Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and RBSGC.
Co-Lead Arrangers means (a) Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx, Incorporated, in its capacity as Left Lead Arranger and (b) Fifth Third Bank, Regions Bank and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, jointly as Right Lead Arrangers.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Bookrunners, Co-Lead Arrangers, Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents, as applicable, listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the Issuing Lender hereunder.

Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., acting in their capacities as co-lead arrangers and joint bookrunners for the credit facility described in this Agreement; provided, however, that no such Co-Lead Arrangers shall have any duties, responsibilities, or obligations hereunder in such capacity.
Co-Lead Arrangers means Banc of America Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Alex. Browx Xxx. in their capacity as lead arrangers and book managers.
Co-Lead Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Chase Bank, N.A., Mizuho Bank (USA), Ltd., The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., The Bank of Nova Scotia, and RBC Capital Markets, 1 each in their capacity as co-lead arranger and joint bookrunner.
Co-Lead Arrangers means U.S. Bank, MUFG Bank, Ltd., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., PNC Capital Markets LLC and RBC Capital Markets in their capacity as co-lead arrangers for the credit facilities evidenced hereby.
Co-Lead Arrangers means Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC and SunTrust Capital Markets, Inc.
Co-Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning provided in the preamble to this Agreement.
