Co-Syndication Agent definition
Co-Syndication Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A. and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association in its capacity as co-syndication agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.
Co-Syndication Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Co-Syndication Agent means each of ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N. A., Bank of America, N.A., Truist Bank and TD Bank, N.A., in their respective capacities as co-syndication agents hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no Person listed on the cover page hereof or elsewhere herein as a Joint Lead Arranger, a Co-Syndication Agent or a Co-Documentation Agent shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as a Lender hereunder.

Co-Syndication Agent means each of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and HSBC Bank USA, N.A. in its capacity as co-syndication agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.
Co-Syndication Agent means each of the co-syndication agents identified on the cover page of this Agreement.
Co-Syndication Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-syndication agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.
Co-Syndication Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
