Co-Syndication Agent definition

Co-Syndication Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A., Branch Banking and Trust Company and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. in its capacity as syndication agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Syndication Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.

Co-Syndication Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-syndication agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.

Examples of Co-Syndication Agent in a sentence

• None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent or a Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• As of the Third Restatement Date, each of X.X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, in each of their capacities as a Co-Syndication Agent, shall not have any obligations but shall be entitled to all benefits of this Section 9.
