Funding Bank definition

Funding Bank shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3 hereof.

Examples of Funding Bank in a sentence

• The making of a Revolving Loan or a Swingline Loan under any Applicable Tranche by a Funding Affiliate hereunder shall utilize the Applicable Tranche Commitment of such Affiliate Funding Bank to the same extent, and as if, such Loan were made by such Affiliate Funding Bank.

• Alternatively, Lender may, in its sole discretion, re-advance to Borrower all or any portion of an Excess Buydown by causing the Funding Bank to credit the Operating Account in that amount.

• Monies credited to the Custodial Account shall be deposited in the Initial Funding Bank Account until either invested pursuant to Section 3.6(c) or transferred at the direction of the Fund to the other Bank Accounts to be used to purchase Assets.
