Arrangers definition

Arrangers as defined in the preamble hereto.
Arrangers means, collectively, Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, in their capacities as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers.
Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, in their capacities as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers for the credit facility established hereby.

Examples of Arrangers in a sentence

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers, Syndication Agents or Managing Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder.

  • Neither the Syndication Agent, Lead Arrangers, Bookrunners nor the Documentation Agents shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
