Joint Lead Arranger definition

Joint Lead Arranger as defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
Joint Lead Arranger means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, Pierce, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets(4), each in its respective capacity as a lead arranger under this Agreement, and “Joint Lead Arrangers” means all of them, collectively.
Joint Lead Arranger means each of JPMorgan, BOFA Securities, Inc., Citibank, N.A., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., PNC Capital Markets LLC, RBC Capital Markets2, TD Securities (USA) LLC, Truist Securities, Inc. and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC, and, collectively, the “Joint Lead Arrangers.”

  • Each Obligor agrees that nothing in this Agreement or the Loan Documents or otherwise will be deemed to create an advisory, fiduciary or agency relationship or fiduciary or other implied duty between any Lender or any Joint Lead Arranger, on the one hand, and such Obligor, its stockholders or its affiliates, on the other.
