Joint Lead Arranger means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets(4), each in its respective capacity as a lead arranger under this Agreement, and “Joint Lead Arrangers” means all of them, collectively.
