Joint Lead Arranger has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
Joint Lead Arranger means ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Bank PLC, Citibank, N.A. and SunTrust ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc., as joint lead arrangers.
Joint Lead Arranger means each of JPMorgan, Citibank, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., MUFG Bank, Ltd., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Bank of Montreal, Truist Bank, and PNC Bank, National Association and, collectively, the “Joint Lead Arrangers.”

None of any Syndication Agent, any Co-Documentation Agent, any Joint Bookrunner or any Joint Lead Arranger shall have obligations or duties whatsoever in such capacity under this Agreement or any other Loan Document and shall incur no liability hereunder or thereunder in such capacity, but all such persons shall have the benefit of the indemnities provided for hereunder.
